The poster shows the results of our espectroscopic studies of the interaction between bovine serum Albumin and the chlorhydride of Pyrimidil-Methyl-Isonicotinohidrazone. We used UV-Vis to characterize the stoichiometry of the complex as 1:1. T1 NMR experiments revealed the hydrogens that interact with the Albumin. It is clearly visible that chlorhydride interacts nicely, without beeing influenced by the fact that it is a salt.
