Much shorter than this is really hard: The Unsuccessful Self-Treatment of a Case of 'Writer’s Block' from 1974 is the shortest publication ever. Besides title, author an affiliation it only has a footnote. I admit, shorter is still possible, but nowadays it would be more difficult to publish it.
